With Assemble Quantity Validation, any member of the collaborative team can access inventories in order to verify quantities, quickly and with ease. A visual validation can be accessed through the Assemble model viewer where inventories are extracted and automatically linked to the design model. Quantity analysis can then be done fast and correctly.
- Model Variance
Plans change; it’s bound to happen to any project. What’s important is how the building team handles those changes. With Assemble’s model variance, users can visually track data changes and conceptual cost implications across all model versions. Changes, specific scope selections and parameters can be highlighted between model iterations. Also, total cost implications can be analyzed in order to evaluate and organize a successful updated plan that’s within the construction budget.
- Conceptual Estimating
Condition model data with custom coding schemes and cost databases to generate accurate model-based conceptual estimates with Assemble. By assigning cost to model information, the cost data you have applied to existing components will adjust accordingly. Publishing a model to Assemble provides insight as to whether a new hard estimate is needed, whether there is scope creep or if there are any other major changes to system types and quantities.
