Assemble Release Notes – December 10th, 2020 (ANZ)

  • December 1, 2020
  • Release Notes

Assemble Systems will have a brief upgrade and maintenance outage for ANZ users Thursday, December 10th between 2 AM and 5 AM local time. During this time, your Assemble site will be offline temporarily. Thank you for your patience while we perform maintenance.

Assemble has been working on infrastructure changes needed to align with the Autodesk ecosystem. Due to these changes, the address (URL) of Assemble’s login page has changed and you may need to update your bookmarks and transfer saved passwords. (Note: The URL it redirects you to login will be the one changed, your site url e.g. “example.tryassemble.com“ will remain the same)

**UPDATING THE PUBLISHER ADD-INS IS REQUIRED**

With this release, updating all Publisher add-ins (both Revit/AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Navisworks) is REQUIRED. You can download the latest version of the publisher add-ins on December 10th here. If you encounter issues publishing from Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Autodesk Civil 3D, please uninstall the old Add-In and download the latest publisher Add-In from our website.

Important Note: If you use our Schedule Integrator, Class Editor, Sage, Power BI or Excel integration, please uninstall the previous add-ins before you install the latest add-ins from our website to avoid disruption in service.

Latest Publisher Add-in can be downloaded here on December 10th, 2020.

If you have any questions regarding the update, please feel free to contact Autodesk Support team.

Assemble is changing the login workflow for the mobile app to align with our desktop applications. The new login workflow will be a two-step process. To login to the mobile app, you will enter your site name and then click Connect. Once you have connected to your site, you will then enter your Assemble credentials or click on the “Sign in with your Autodesk ID” button. Once this change has been released to the app store, you will need to update your mobile app to continue working.

If you have any questions regarding the update, please feel free to contact Autodesk Support team.
