From laborer, to field engineer, to project manager, to her current position as the Director of Virtual Construction at Columbia Construction, Siggy Pfendler has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. In her current role, she leads a team to utilize virtual construction software to aid in budgeting and the project delivery process for a variety of projects that include complex life science and healthcare facilities and large mixed-use developments. Recognized for her professionalism and open-minded work-style, Siggy’s ability to problem-solve makes her a valuable asset to her project teams. Following her passion for technology and her analytical inclinations, Siggy is always looking for new tools to enhance workflows across the company.

Tim Kelly is the Senior Product Manager at Autodesk  Tim has a wealth of experience within the construction industry, having spent the last 9 years innovating with BIM in design and construction from the general contractor and construction management perspective. Tim earned his BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and served as Sr. Manager of Technical Services at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction prior to joining Assemble Systems and Autodesk to further automate the construction industry.
