David Maser, Director of Construction Innovation at IMC Construction will show how they are leveraging Assemble for specific workflows to allow for wide scale data analytics of KPI’s for individual projects & processes, and how the project data is used to benchmark projects against each other. David will show how IMC Construction is creating standards & templates in Assemble that showcase how IMC Construction works with design models in preconstruction, how they are communicating field status, and tracking productivity in the field with Assemble & Power BI. David will also share lessons learned and thoughts on creating templates & standards for Assemble & Microsoft Power BI.

Responsible for continual development of a company wide culture of open innovation, integration of technology across the company, & evaluation of various research & development efforts to enhance company policy, process, & procedure.
David has served on the Education Committee for the General Building Contractor’s Association (GBCA), co-chaired the Technology Subcommittee, & won the 2018 Excellence in Technological Advancement Award. He has been a past presenter at Revit Technology Conference, Advancing Building Estimation Conference, & numerous industry webinars on leveraging BIM & technology in innovative workflows.
