 Connor Burke – Senior VDC Estimator – McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.   Connor Burke Assoc. DBIA, LEED GA, is a Senior Estimator in the Newport Beach office that focuses on utilizing VDC tools to better enhance McCarthy’s Design Phase services. For the last 3 years, Connor has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from large commercial and healthcare facilities, to smaller education and parking structure projects. He is heavily experienced in REVIT and Assemble Systems, specifically by creating more efficient workflows and processes combining these programs. Utilizing these tools, he has helped pioneer McCarthy’s new design phase service approach, referred to as Continuous Cost Modeling. After helping establish this process, he went on a nationwide tour and taught all other preconstruction divisions within McCarthy on this new workflow. His day-to-day involvement on projects ranges from quantity extraction and model management in the design phase, to GMP budgeting and conceptual estimating.

Tim Kelly is the Product Manager at Assemble Systems, responsible for working closely with customers to develop the product strategy and roadmap. Tim has a wealth of experience within the construction industry, having spent the last 7 years innovating with BIM in design and construction from the general contractor and construction management perspective. Tim earned his BS in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and prior to joining Assemble Systems served as BIM Manager at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction.
